Brandfulness provides personal branding services, membership access, and products designed to empower clients with purposeful and aligned branding strategies. These TOS govern all aspects of our offerings, including services, membership, and products.

2. Definitions

  • “Service Provider” refers to Brandfulness and its representatives.

  • “Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing our services, membership, or products.

  • “Proprietary Materials” refers to methodologies, frameworks, tools, systems, and content created by Brandfulness, including but not limited to the Aligned Brand Framework.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Brand Audit

A one-time service providing an analysis of the Client’s current branding to identify areas for improvement.
Contract-Specific Details: The Brand Audit service will be governed by an individual contract provided to the Client at the time of purchase.

3.2 Brand Architect

A three-month comprehensive branding program covering all elements of the Aligned Brand Framework.
Contract-Specific Details: The program includes weekly sessions, assignments, and tools, governed by a separate contract provided to participants.

3.3 Brand Mentorship

An ongoing mentorship program providing personalized support for brand development.
Contract-Specific Details: Mentorship terms will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to this program.

3.4 Brandfulness Collective Membership

A subscription-based membership offering exclusive resources, community access, and ongoing support.
Contract-Specific Details: Membership terms, cancellation policies, and intellectual property use will be governed by a separate contract.

3.5 Brandfulness Products

Digital and physical products, including guides, templates, and other resources, available for purchase on our website.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Brandfulness retains full ownership of all Proprietary Materials, including but not limited to the Aligned Brand Framework, guides, templates, and any other resources provided through services, membership, or products.

  • Clients may use the specific advice, recommendations, and guidance provided to develop their own personal brands.

  • Prohibited Use:

    • Clients may not replicate, reproduce, distribute, or use Proprietary Materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to offering these materials to their own clients or third parties.

    • Any unauthorised use, distribution, or commercial application will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

5. Use of Materials and Methodology

  • All materials provided are for the Client’s personal use only.

  • Clients agree not to:

    • Share materials publicly.

    • Use materials to train, coach, or provide services to third parties for monetary gain.

    • Modify and rebrand materials as their own.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during services, membership, or product use. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, client records, and business plans.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for services, membership, and products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in individual contracts.

  • Subscriptions to the Brandfulness Collective Membership can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Brandfulness makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes of its services, membership, or products. Results depend on the Client’s commitment and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Brandfulness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services, membership, or products.

10. Termination

  • Brandfulness reserves the right to terminate services, membership, or product access if these TOS or individual contract terms are breached.

  • Upon termination, Clients must cease all use of Proprietary Materials.

11. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK law.

12. Amendments

Brandfulness reserves the right to amend these TOS at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services, membership, or products constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
